Sinotrans Limited was incorporated in 2002 and listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in 2003 with Sinotrans Group as its controlling shareholder. The Group injected into Sinotrans Ltd. its core businesses, assets and staff in China's fast-growing coastal and other strategic regions, namely Hong Kong, Guangdong, Fujian, Shanghai, Zhejiang, Jiangsu, Hubei, Lianyungang, Chongqing, Jiangxi, Anhui, Shandong, Tianjin and Liaoning.
